As always you're spot on with your analysis IMHO. Jesse Livermore who was probably one of the greatest stock traders of all time once said "I made the most when I did nothing!". I'm taking his advice. I'm not flipping for small gains at this level. Not when I know the 11/9 events you wrote about are about to transpire.
