havenots, thanks for your reply.. Please correct me if my thinking is wrong... Since CSHD is an "asset holding company", they take assets that other individuals or entities own and invest that money into JVs with the idea of making the original asset holder a lot of money?? In other words, if I had a $300 million asset that was sitting there, I could turn it over to CSHD who would then hypothecate it and use the money (line of credit) to fund a JV?? I would then get a substantial interest in either the JV or CSHD?? TIA
