That's correct. Seymour is a geriatric clown.

He never was a scientist.

He has absolutely no background or training in drug development.

He is completely unqualified to run anything but a "cure-machine scam", and that one only has 19 more months of gas left in it.

One would think with all of these wonderful things on his resume he'd at least be able to get something into an IND submission.

Guess credentials and experience in one thing don't necessarily translate to success in another.
