100% company didn't pay for or authorize any promo's other than Red chip. Only block holders are insiders who's shares are restricted or have conversions at much higher prices and aren't selling for a loss. Just a little suspicious that boilers boyz show up predicting doom and gloom then disappear.

I'm not making short excuses at all but records from the OTC SHOW that naked shorts accounted for as high as 84% of trades some days. Looks like they had pay day today.
