100% company didn't pay for or authorize any promo's other than Red chip.

Thats not how it works. The company never pays for this TYPE of pump and dump promo. Its most always a financier or outside person close to the company with a lot of stock... but this doesn't mean insiders aren't involved in it.... You will always see "third party " listed in penny promoter disclaimers. This gives the company the ability to deny such shady actions... and these guys all know the game well, RK was helping PQ do it under his many other failed tickers, right?

If you dont believe me, look it up online and read some promoter newsletters for proof....

Nowadays, most stock promoters are mostly paid in cash by a “third party”, and sometimes they are given shares of the company they are about to promote.... http://www.trade.education/understanding-stock-promoters/

Only block holders are insiders who's shares are restricted or have conversions at much higher prices and aren't selling for a loss.

This is false, most all of the major blocks last year went, not only to insiders, but to Julios, consultants, contractors, etc and are all past the restriction dates now...

...and Julios owns more stock than the anyone involved with this company and continues to collect more... He is technically not an insider and does not have to file when he sells. IMO he is the one paying for promo and dumping... and imo the insiders all know about it because he will probably come back in with $$ and finance them for more shares, which is how insiders benefit from it...

This is how the game works and like i said, they know it WELL, they were involved and helping PQ do the same under other tickers.

It is so common for insiders to claim they dont know who did it, but its just an easy way out... Ive studied thousands of pennies over the decades and regardless of what they say, ALWAYS assume its BS. This type of pump and dump promo is not something they want to admit to.. but obviously the CEO has been trying to pump it right? They paid $500,000 to the NY group and are now paying Redchip? Their intent and timing is obvious. This all started after restrictive holding periods passed...

They have spent more time and money trying to promote the stock than anything else
