Nieto's promise of no reverse split is probably gone like he (and his $3M) is, so a ticker change may not do much by itself with the O/S at 10B (maxed out A/S).

Does FINRA make public corporate notices to do reverse splits? Pinks are supposed to give 10 days notice.
