Prior to command in Norfolk she spent close to two years in the Pentagon and I thought she may have had or still does have connections where she might have been able to put a bug in someone's ear. It's all about accountability and suggesting a new platform that is none to familiar is kind of sticking your neck out. The more people hear the term StrikeForce in the Armed Forces (and I'm sure it's taken in different context) the closer they may find themselves to a solution to secure connect ability.
