Good morning~ To answer your question: They don't have to do any of those things to qualify for uplisting~

In the OTC Mkt. Only Real Crooks would pull R/S...no matter what the reasons may be to justify ...& in the higher indexes...like NASDAQ etc. it would only prove an incompetent management...who couldn't control the PPS of the co. Similar to the option of constantly increasing the A/S & O/S...You & I have been around...& you know what we call companies with that kind of characteristics~ POS diluting machines~

That is our main question. No R.S. just natural growth. We can get to 1.00 with P.R.s sales and good revenue flow. Need a loan get one but no reverse split.
