Agree with u 100% & that's exactly what I just said...R/S will be devastating to all stakeholders...including the co. in term of getting/creating good image & getting loans from big lenders down the road...Furthermore, it would push away all the potential new investors/traders...in both the long run & short...would destroy the image of the CEO (assuming if the CEO is legit & competent)~ Many would spread 'bad rumors' & further destroy the co. & its image...In term of trading...it would only help shorties (to short even or cover)...& 100% of the time, the stock would dip hard before & after the bad event...Like I have been sayin' for many yrs & with trading/investing experiences...Only OTC Crooks would pull R/S (no matter what kind of good excuses they may use or come up with...could be merger or reverse merger, etc. It's all B.S. excuses)~ Often it's a P&D co. (dilute & then pull R/S...then repeat the cycles or processes) ...filled crooked fools who think they could get away in the long-run, LOL! (the authorities are not stupid & same with shareholders)... If it's to satisfy the requirement to uplist to let say, OTCQB or NASDAQ etc., then every POS OTC would & could have done the same & put their sorry A**** out of OTC & become POS NASDAQ stocks long long ago...
"just natural growth" is the best way & general would create strong uptrend momo & maintain the PPS at a higher levels...giving a co. a better chance of uplisting onto a higher index~
