Could someone ask about the share structure? Do they intend on increasing the Authorized Shares? Do they intend on doing a Reverse Split to qualify for uplisting? Do they expect revenues to be enough to grow the company organically and not need a RS?

Sam those are all good questions. However I think the answers should come from management. I'm sure some
Investors who's able to attend today. Will post some comments of how the meeting went. I have investors friends who plan to attend so I'll hear firsthand how they felt about the meeting

Good morning Sam! I like the #2 Question~ Regarding questions number # 3-5~ If I remember correctly...Mr. Alex have mentioned a couple of time in some of the previous PRs & video conferences...that the ultimate goal to uplist to NASDAQ ...& the time frame would be within the next 24 months...
