After reading the deposition it does not appear TAUG's case is about to crumble. It looks like a slam dunk.

I read that same deposition and even though making it public is a SpongeTech Seth stunt, I cannot see anything in that deposition that would hurt Cowan. Except with Spongy, Johnny and a few message board/web site posters, this will be viewed by the court as a simple run of the mill E&O insurance matter, worth perhaps $300-$400K. TAUG will learn this in the next several months. I cannot wait to read the deposition of a TAUG expert.
