Mostly good points I agree with.
Although they did an acquisition before they filed.

So questionable as to managements intentions.

Seems that it was all planned out and they wanted to best position the company for post BK.

So, frankly they didn't have survival in mind. Just their convenience.

I didn't loose a dime in SDOC but I still think is was a real slimy deal regardless if these are just penny flippers.
