Did I state that? I will however state again. If you have these texts then post them. All of them, including SpongeTech Sethie's response (or presponse) texts --- all the texts. Otherwise what you are posting about are heresay, lies, rumor and are actionable. In fact I will recommend to Mr. Berman that he contact Cowan and have them subpoena these texts --- from Johnny and Spongy.
