Not only that, but the four brokerage defendants will then have until November 11th to file their responses to COR's response. Sigh. While 'this request is not for purposes of delay but rather in the interest of justice', the wheels of justice grind exceedingly slowly. Hopefully the judge will rule before Christmas.
