No, it won't. As any attempts for PPS to rise will be met with equal amounts of selling (Exhibit A - trading today)...

Unless/Until a real deal is announced here...it's destined to remain in the mid-penny area it has traded in for years (save one pop to 20 cents).

Too bad that rise into the teens or even double digits didn't quite pan out for last week. Maybe someday. This is the part where ZIVO rips your heart out. Chart looking good shorter term. Technicals stronger as well. Some trading action ......

And then ........ > > > s i l e n c e < < < ......... the bid becomes weak, the sellers join back in ...... and the stock begins the slow and painful process back downward. Only 1 bid displayed above .0463 right now. Sellers probably not showing everything right now. I saw a 140K offer around .13 earlier this morning. I'm sure there are some out there just waiting on any blip up to dump.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

This year's shareholder meeting more likely to be a show now with this new money situation trying to impress/entice investors new to the stock.

Guess it'll all be laid out in shareholder meeting .... maybe .... along with all the discoveries of the past year .... =)
