FWIW, the only way for Groen Brothers Aviation Inc. to have stock that can trade on the OTC is for the company to file a FORM 10 to reregister the company's stock.

A FORM 10 must comprise audited Financials for minimally two full years of operations, and the SEC would have questions about the company's prior years of operations and the absence of any Financials since 2012.

Periodically check the following link to see if the company submits a FORM 10. Without a FORM 10 the company's private stock will never trade on any public market.
