OCX is the ticker of the new parent company for save a lot. Looks Iike a SAL will be a private subsidiary of OCX. OCX is a "money man".......they won't care a bout the business , only the bottom line returns.

For SVU it appears at least half of the proceeds will be used to reduce debt.
