Supervalue (SVU)

sold outright to a consortium. so does that mean sal will be private? they have a lot more associated stores than corporate. are they going to go private stores with affiliation or will they be more owned with the idea to buy back the affiliated. price seems low for the whole except for the 5 year agreement towards supervalu. what can we expect as far as investors in svu will the influx of capital be dispersed or used to lower debt and expansion. waiting for answers.
