This is comical. Are they assuming a Trump presidency? Stocks face threats from being fully valued not slowdowns of globalization that is in the 2nd inning of a never ending game. I'm glad they are moving into bonds...

Globalization will be substantially bigger in 5 years, 10 years and 20 years from now while percentage gains will slowdown (Law of large numbers).

The WSJ article you posted does have one statistic that I'm pretty sure is misleading:

Companies listed in the S&P 500 derive more than 30% of their revenue overseas...

I think the actual % is in the neighborhood of 40%.
