It's over. They got your money and it's not coming back. You can always file a complaint with the SEC if it makes you feel better but these guys knew exactly what they were doing. They took it right up to the edge of legality but didn't cross the line.
They made a big accusation and then filed BK so that they could run the company debt free for their convince.
