Available funds needed to be used for other purposes. A share buyback would have not benefitted SFOR as much as publicity, which it's not cheap.

They couldn't afford it back at .001...not close enough to court settlement I'm sure. They're close enough now (if it's not settled yet) they could begin one at any time if there was plenty of money involved.
