#33196 RE: Bruce the Stock Guy #33195

Bruce I believe it never happens in pennies with no revs. We shall see the numbers soon per 8K.

If there is dilution in the future, and you have a cash flow business, it can easily be done. When and if there is dilution here in the future, you have a great low O/S to start. That is why Brian did such a big R/S also imo. Your options and future are just so much better.

I mean if you use any money raised towards a bigger fleet, you dilute value very little per increase in value and more revs. I would think there would be a line of credit here as well. So no reason there wouldn't be.

Not only are EVs more efficient to run, they are the future. Cause at the end of the day, it is about the future in stocks. So you can get a future value above current assets and revs.

My believe is EVs are less of a liability then ICE, a much slower depreciation cost way to go. With battery tech getting better every year, the batteries last much longer. Furthermore when current batteries get removed from cars, they go into other services, like home energy storage.

Even ford and GM are going the share car way of business. This new generation is all about Uber and the Lift type model. The older gen just needs a ride. With 10,000 baby boomers retiring everyday, the population is getting older and need more medical rides. So like I said, this could be really big if managed right.

With this company R/M, They can create a green energy eco system, albeit much smaller, but much like the Tesla/Solarcity model. It can all tie in. LIBE could easily be a better investment atm. Believe it or not it's true. Why cause things are all relative my friends. M/C here is 68k- EV is 648k, that does not include Ecocabs assets, which outweigh any current debt here. A little 3 fold move to .36 cents is a blip. Looking for 70 cents min end of week.

Buying more next week myself. I spend more on the weekend here in Vegas then I have in LIBE post R/S. To each his own. Think what a guy wants, but if the 8K is as good as it sounds, the timing doesn't get any better then now imo.
