Proxy Statement (definitive) (def 14a) 10/07/2016 12:25:02 PM is all it is, sent by broker via email and or on your broker account - SFOR only said they were not going to send in regular mail and would also put it on one of their websites on Monday for a full year and if people want it sent to in regular mail they can contact them to have that done, the info has already been out there since the 7th, not sure why people don't understand. lol... it is public info - already out there anyways. There is other stuff going on as well upcoming and whatever but the only thing from broker should be the http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=72622629 - same thing ;-)
