The facts are these:

This stuff is hard to do

Nanosys is making money

Everyone is having issues with this new technology

Nanoco can't meet expectations all at once either.

We QMC, are very close to final "sellable" product

Probably negotiating/ discussing/coordinating ways to get film into production.

If that were still the case "have not " would be present tense

You quoted a different part which is what I responded: "existing solutions in the market." QMC hasn't been in the display market yet. Nanoco, Nanosys, and QDVision all has at least prototypes shown at a trade show.
