Yes you could read it that way but also he then says (present tense) we have not met them all at the same time - i.e. does not say they have achieved this now.
Good catch J! Feels like things are shifting gears. The whole MIT brain trust is making me smile. Listening to POTUS talking up information data access twice last week also was highly positive. IMO this is an optimal time to load up if one has not done so yet.
