Not true. They have a new contract w/ the Pilots union. They won't have an issue w/ staffing moving forward. If upon the BK exit, they keep common shareholders whole, $15 is very reasonable. Prior to the BK filing the stock traded at $15 and RJET will actually be in a better spot than they were when the stock was trading at $15 due to renegotiations with United, Delta and most recently American Airlines.

Axelrod's group has a $44 million bet that common shareholders remain in tact. They also have their attorneys representing us at the uhearings.

This is an all or nothing play, but if you have a high tolerance for risk, a 20 bagger from today's pps is not by any means a stretch.

I am following the money, here. Axelrod is not in the business of dumping $44 million.
