Warren and Charlie are the company, it was created in their image, and sold to individual investors, many who lived nearby, pretty much all of whom are now millionaires and show up every year if alive, and know each other. Buy one share and go there, it would help you get beyond your thought.

Same I believe if that could be proved it would be illegal. On the other hand if they were associated with Hillary Clinton there probably not a law on the books to enforce it
