Nicely said Tibbs. Now if only the BCSC did their job years ago when they became aware Barrick didn't own Pascua.... MSX would be free to complete it's business and carry on normally.
Justice would be served by having the BCSC answer to their approval of Pascua Lama in the financial markets. This BCSC approval gave Barrick the right to suck Billions from investors. I'd say Barrick profited from with a Precationary Measure in place against Pascua, anyone want to argue otherwise?
