1) I think he is smart enough to validate information he was given by Steipp. 2) He was smart enough to delay his closing until he was more comfortable with it. 3) Smart enough to dispose of his shares in a slow drip if he didn't like what he discovered.
This is no way intended to sound bearish but instead implying of all the others before him who have come to Steipp's salvation, I would say he is probably the most cunning as well as cautious. What he does will define lqmt into enternity... positive or negative
