They didn't know what their responsibilities were and they wouldn't comment.

Dragon52, good post, yes the brokers sure know what to do now. They have "adjusted" to the new rules quite easily. Now what the hell is going on with PAIV/PAVC explain that one. Brokerages got no certs from DTCC on the F/S???
