Are you sure that PYCT is not running as a company? From what it looks to me, the burden of proof of them not running is on you. I'm sure you don't have anything substantial as proof.
Did you see the last trade price? I'm surprised that the pretend shareholders haven't knocked it down with their small quantity of shares they own.
