I think they are waiting for the transfer agent to tell them all brokerages are on line and have recieved newly transfer shares under the new symbol. All the big houses should be done by Friday and good for Monday trading.

I think that is the precurser for the next step...FINANCIALS.

Then TILT

Then RESET.

I can't blame the guy for sounded irritated at all.... in fact, I'm surprised that he took even a few moments to talk on the phone. And you're right, he's probably getting hundreds of calls, and even more emails, and I'm sure many are not from courteous shareholders (as you seem to be). I bet he's gotten a lot of mud slung his way the last 10 days or ....

HERE's a post from allstocks from P ROWDS---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hey all... i just got off the phone with Ben Stanley. He said that the new ticker will halt and then open back up at 15 dollars, as some have conjured... I then asked if this will occur after the 10k and s4 was released and he stated yes. I asked him if there was a time frame they would be released and he said "we're working on them right now" Now... that kind of frustrated me because they were *supposed* to be released last week or so. What in the hell could they still be working on? I replied "oh thats great" and then asked him if there was a time frame when we can expect this as in this week or maybe next week and he replied "we're working on them as we speak"

He sounded a little aggravated. Now... keep in mind yes, i did get through and talk to them alot 2 weeks ago. since then i havn't really called too much and never got through. So, i guess what i'm getting at is i was a little unimpressed with his patience for a shareholder. but on the otherhand, i can accept his frustration due to hundreds of shareholders calling a day and probably asking the same question. So thats all i bring to the table for now. We'll see when this takes shape... I didn't want to ask too many more questions... as i said, he sounded irritated.

They are looking for the short positions after settlement when certs are fewer than shares in the brokerages thus forcing the squeeze after we come out at $15.

Correct again...you don't RS 111 million shares and when they run out and are hard to get and the price is twice what is projected they will initiate a FS to bring the price down to bring in more investment money.

Very simple plan

When the Financials come out institutional investors will pay more than 15 bucks for the stock...especially when the PR's and deals start rolling out.

Rufus said he has enough PR's to do two a day for over a month.

look, if this thing is for real, they are securitizing Euroclear bonds, that have all those requirments I posted last night, and buidling a credit facility for cash against them through a commerical bank, and then wrapping it in a public shell, having to satisfy SEC requirements, that's not easy, I'm surprised they can do it this quickly, But Rufus did say once, that they have been working on this for more than a year.... so in that case, it makes sense that they can accomplish this merger with a few weeks or month of the original 8k filing.... this stuff isn't easy, mergers take time... I think Rufus has done a great job.... I keep hearing people whinning (not you in particular SYGY) about why this is taking so long, yet they spend no time trying to learn anything about finance..,,
