The fake Tim Howard has little to no legal rationale tosupport so outlandish a prediction. FHFA is not an independant governmental agency, it is a private enterprise under conservatorship. Plaintiff's attorneys would be nothing short of NUTS to introduce this CFPB decision into any pending action. Any delays you have seen up to this point pale by comparison to what any such action would precipitate. Add maybe 5 years before any endgame ruling if they are foolish enough to attempt any such gambit.

Yes, remember that both Abortion and Watergate were decided by the courts, not congress. In 1972, Roe Vs Wade was decided in the Supreme court, which made abortion legal. Congress could not act on that.

Ditto for Watergate. Nixon would not turn over the water gate tapes until the Supreme court forced him to do so. Then, he knew the evidence was incriminating and he chose to resign and end Watergate.

It looks like Fannie gate will end the same way as Watergate, with the courts ruling that Odumba MUST turn over the incriminating evidence he has been trying to hide under the guise of "exectutive priveledge".

I think Obama, Hilary, and Bernie Madoff should share a cell, since they are all white collar thieves, with similar political views.

Trump does not need to win by a majority of voters, we just need 12 honest jurrors and one honest judge to try Hilary. She can not be president in prison.
