I see your points but for different reasons than you may see. I agree 100% that for them to rule the way they did on this case they must rule in our favor on ours. They must or lose all credibility going forward. Our case is the CFPB on steroids. In our case all of the potential fears concerning the CFPB have come to life. The CFPB ruling is like the dress rehearsal for the main event which I strongly believe will be this court resoundingly smashing Judge Lamberths flawed ruling.
