Your 1000% CORRECT..Several motions to throw out the case were denied again and again and again.The boot brothers will either lose everything and drag out the state cases for years or they will settle.Either way it's a win for IFUS and it's shareholders.

The key is that DEC .05 court date...I have stated for years the timeline and the evidence will guarantee that IFUS ceo saved the company from two former board members..

Darth,again you are 1000% CORRECT It is true.The court records show the boot brothers submitted a motion stating there was no evidence and the judge denied it.The judge did not throw out the case because he felt the evidence was more than sufficient to hear the case.
