That only matters if you're looking to sell by then. I believe we are going to get a 10Q that shows increasing revenue in mid November. Plus the shareholders meeting which I think is also a positive development and shows the management team is willing to be as transparent as possible with shareholders.
The lawsuits are icing on the cake, not the cake itself. I'm prepared for the lawsuits to proceed, though of course I do like icing on my cake.
