That is possible , and they could still be going to trial over it as sfor was not the legal listed owner of patent for quite some time . I dont think thats the case . HGroup could then sue them lol it just gets dumb lol . The counter suit is what makes me curious about older cases , in particular the one against authentify that was dropped and never served .. Phonefactor had licensed patent from authentify ..and sfor opened suit against authentify a year prior to phonefactor . Things just dont make sense enough to know anything for sure .. Only these guys in edison nj know for sure whats goin on
