my sense is the value is the idea of unchecked power - which is a road to abuse of power --- and that FHFA under the judicial bar is able to abuse power PER GOV ARGUMENTS ON THE CLEAN RULE OF LAW VIA HERA

We are actually arguing that President's involvement here is illegal. This ruling says the illegal must actually be made legal because lawmakers got it wrong. What makes you happy about it?
