If you think the ultimate goal is to prove the Presidents involvement is illegal, you are mistaken. We get nothing substantial from that finding.

We NEED to invalidate HERA. This ruling potentially does that (maybe). If we invalidate HERA, we win. If HERA is not invalidated, the Presidents involvement is meaningless.
