Well, now we know why VTSI moved from TX to NV, so they could eliminate the voting rights of common shareholders.

The R/S will not add any liquidity. In fact, it's going to have the opposite effect. You're going to see an extremely large spread and very little volume.

When FINRA approves the R/S, the symbol will change to VTSID and you won't be able to sell your shares until you receive the new issues which takes 20 days. Just a heads up.
