ASSET PROTECTION

If assets were transferred 1 yr and 1 day prior to their filing the BK ,imho those assets are protected from any clawback provisions,that may have been exercised by WMI against them.

This IMHO KEPT IF IF IF IF THERE ARE ASSETS THERE, it kept them OUTSIDE of the REACH of HOSENUSAGAIN and THE DIPS(CHITS)in WMI's BK.

And probably is EXACTLY WHY THEY FILED FIRST to assure any assets the MIGHT MIGHT BE THERE were protected..............
