If this company had 16million outstanding shares, the stock price would already be over $10. That's all anyone needs to know.

Regarding the Preferred A, they are to be cancelled.

However, as VirTra is now a Nevada corp, they are able to utilize their board majority to enact changes. This is one of the main reasons for the change in domicile. I still don't agree with the manor of how they went about doing this, but it may be a necessary evil.
