This transfering of shares may not be completed until Friday at the earliest, and it is likely Rufus will hold off on releasing the 10k until that point, imho. - He better hold off until the transfering is complete and I am sure that what is happening. I spoke with TDAmeritrade yesterday and they said it usually takes 2 to 3 trading day.

I am very curious where you get the information that the 10K is completed and about to be filed. You either are making this up, which I happen to believe to be the case or you are revealing inside information as an affiliate of the company, a serious mistake.

I suppose Rufus could have told you this, which makes the information about as valuable as your telling us that on October 31, the Great Pumpkin will rise from the pumpkin patch or that the stock will be reset to $15 by Rufus.. the market magician.

As to the so called bureaucratic challenges of getting a new cusip number and changing the company name and symbol, these are the easist things to accomplish and pose no real challenge at all. The tough part is getting that auditor to certify that bond, the $500 million in the EU bank and to audit the books of all 14 subsidiaries in about a month. Now that is a challenge of superhuman proportion and something I seriously doubt.

I have been through a similar situation with PAYD and cusip change. It got real ugly with the DTC and NAZ forcing the company to allow for more time for the naked people to come up with shares. Nothing was adding up, so who knows how long this could take, most likely into next week. Long story, short we went up 5 times prior to change. Same may happen here then halt, then who knows what price Rufus will do after that but I still expect $15 with new investors coming in when they realize this is bigger than thought.
