So it's Thursday. Rufus stated a few weeks ago it was his intent to reverse merge CVSU into FHAL, and as a result of doing so he would halt the newly combined entity and reset the price to a level more accurately reflecting the intrinsic value of the company (i.e., closer to 1 to 2 times book value of over $7 share).
Over the many days since that announcement we have gradually continued to make progress towards achieving that goal. So far we have successfully overcome the bureaucratic challenges associated with the cancelling our old cusip, symbol and company name, and have now moved forward with the creation and implementation of a new one of each. The 10k has been completed and should be filed any day. The filing of this legal document with the SEC with ultimately finalize the merger, and allow Rufus to move forward with the halt, and permit him to then use "Option C" and reset the price.
Currently, the transfer agent for the company is in the process of delivering CSHD shares to all the many broker/dealers whom were in possession of FHAL certificates, and once these transactions have been finalized, every shareholder of CSHD will be able to freely trade the stock when the halt occurs. This transfering of shares may not be completed until Friday at the earliest, and it is likely Rufus will hold off on releasing the 10k until that point, imho.
I am extremely excited to see the plan so close to coming to fruition. I'm grateful also that it will likely not be until I'm able to freely trade my shares that the halt and reset will occur. Accompanying this final step will be numerous PRs that should enduce quite the momentum for our company. Can't wait. This is an exciting time to be long CSHD.
