I don't see any bid/ask price for the warrants and my sells are the only ones listed. I would be curious to see what others would think these should sell for. At $3.00, my limit, they were gobbled up.

$SD SandRidge Energy (NYSE:SD) says it is not in the best interests of all shareholders to accept top shareholder Carl Icahn's proposal to replace two of its five board memebers and modify some bylaws.

SD says in a letter to shareholder that it reached its decision after board members met with other large shareholders.
