Why yell the sky falling which is clouds on the ground and then it's called fog. No reason to sound the alarms when you have no idea what there reason is. Now & Today, the chart T/A shows the PPS going up!
The 10B A/S is not an issue here. They increased the A/S to 10B in 2012, 4 years ago, so if in 4 years they did not use it, it is obvious that the motive to increase the A/S to that amount, was other one, not to dilute.
If I am not wrong, the float here is around 45M shares, ridiculously low for a penny stock, and, the best proof that dilution was not their intention.
