Exactly!!! Assumptions and speculations should be kept under control .. A proxy statement is required even if the compensation to be duscussed is being lowered . Lol or for any bad news fir that matter .
Oct.7th cutoff date. Vote on company officials after all has been said and done. Any results from actions prior to the meeting shareholders will have a voice in.....rare. Sure the share price could fall back into the trips(but not likely). Support around .01.....nice. I thought we'd have sideways trading until November, maybe not. Folks, you can take the information at hand anyway you'd like. In Kays' most recent correspondence he said the company had not been sold at that time but given future deals could be part of the negotiation. The company is about to restructure and you can't do that without money. Who's your daddy? I would vote for the three guys who got us here as your other choices may not be anyone you are familiar with. I'd prefer to side with the little guy on this one although voting for individuals from another company may have better connections to move this company over the top. JMHO
