I place a call to the SEC a few moments ago. I want to find out the EXACT process for proxies.

The woman I spoke to did not believe that they were APPROVED by the SEC. She thought they were reviewed, and as long as the proper procedures (like time lines from filing the preliminary proxy) were filed, the Company could issue the final proxy.

I do have a call into the corporate legal section to find out if the SEC could possibly be holding up Wave's proxy. As soon as I have an answer, I'll post it here.
