Anyway, a company contemplating a R/S would just give notification of a forthcoming R/S, not seek approval to do so! SFOR is in a very good place regarding its future, and its getting brighter everyday! We should have a really good idea before the meeting as to the nature of its purpose, and I think it will be really good news for we shareholders! SFOR LONG & STRONG!
