It might be embarrassing to reveal the true nature of the first tranche from the Chinese. Or the lack of revenue from Red Birds that have supposedly sold. Or perhaps information regarding the way salaries have been paid, bonuses, and other payments to insiders and "consultants".
I seem to recall something in the contract or in an "update" about HSVW being paid as consultants - I will have to go back and figure out where I saw that. Maybe someone else can post that if they remember where it was.
What if the $1.15 million really was paid, and then immediately a good chunk of it went back to the Chinese as "consultants"? That would be interesting, wouldn't it?
